Allied Employer Resources was a HR outsourcing and consulting business who decided to rename and reposition their businesses due to a competitive industry challenges. Joe Cole, formally with Fitch, was charged with leading the rebranding initiative. Rather than hire an outside agency, Joe brought together former Fitch creative coworkers Lorraine Molitor, writer and strategist, and Christine Ryan, brand and user experience designer, to create the team internally.

After the brand identity was voted and selected by the board of directors, Christine developed the brand guidelines, flexible sales tools, signage, promotional items, brochures and proposal system, and directed the design of the website.
