Strategy, brand identity, integrated marketing system, website design

Coulman Dental, also known as The Gentle Dentist, was preparing to develop a social marketing campaign, but was not comfortable with the quality perception of their existing website. CgRYAN::design did a competitive audit, and with the businesses’ target audience of middle to upper-middle income women, recommended a full brand identity redesign.

The original logo had been developed by Bill Coulman, the founder of the practice, and had significant recognition and emotional appeal. The challenge was to create a more upscale, high quality visual impression, yet not loose the brand recognition and emotional legacy of the original logo. After the new logo was approved, a complete brand communication system was developed in conjunction with their new website.

After the website was launched, Christine was asked to develop a integrated marketing system  including print ads and promotional items.
